Elements of a 3 Way Call: (You are "Mr. Smith, the Associate is Ms. Jones)

BEFORE YOU CALL THE THREE WAY EXPERT EDIFY THEM. Something like: "Let me get you on the phone with some one who is fun to work with and can answer ANY question you have.

1. The Associate, (Ms. Jones) who is calling you says: "John, this is Mr. Smith, Mr. Smith, this is John."

After the introduction to Mr. Smith, Ms. Jones is to "SHUT UP!" no mater how tempted or how much they think it will help. If she speaks she will "Dedify" the expert she just put them on the phone with.

2. "Hi John, I understand you've heard our presentation about Pre Paid Legal, what did you like best about it?" (Listen to the answer you may us it later during you close or at other time during the call). 3. "Did you have any specific questions? or something you would like more clarification on?"

4. Overcome objections/ answer questions (Feel, Felt, Found) (I know how you FEEL, I FELT the same way when I first looked at this... but what I FOUND was ...)

5. "Did you have a complete understanding of how we're going to pay you?"

6.  Explain compensation briefly in 2 minutes. (even if they said yes) 1st way = $34 to $250 on every sale you make. (do not go into great details on the different levels) 2nd way = $34 to $317(Passive) on every sale your team makes, 3rd way = $$$ Residual Income (a percentage of all sales made by you and your entire team paid monthly).

7. What do you do now? Do you get paid by a W-2? (If yes) right now your Cell phone, Internet access, cable TV, Car and Car Insurance are not Tax Deductible expenses. Once you have joined Prepaid legal these items and many more become legal tax deductions for your home based business. Even the Pre-Paid Legal services themselves become a write off! 9. Yes- "Great, here's what you'll need to get started- it's $249 for your business kit and tuition for training class, how does that sound?.  Again, that covers your business kit mailed to your house and an on-line training class.

11. MOST IMPORTANT- Edify the associate who put you on the phone with John, "John, I want you to know what a success Ms.(Mr.) Jones is to our team.  She's (he's) a ton of fun to work with, loves to help people and will be there to mentor you,... you are very lucky to be working with her (him)."

12. As part of getting started, the Company is going to send you a starter kit to help you get started. What address would you like it sent too? (be quiet and wait for them to speak first! NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES!) Or "Are you ready to get started today?"

14. If none Say "Great, you will need a credit card handy... (Tell Ms. Jones what to do with John) "Now, I'm going to hand you back to Ms. Jones, and Ms. Jones, if you could take down John's information/ help him enroll on-line right now and schedule a game plan interview when the 3 of us can get back on the phone for 20 minutes and show you how to start profiting right away- that would be wonderful."

15. No? "I'm going to hand you back to Ms. Jones, and she's going to get you some more information (web site/ DVD/ magazine/ 800) and schedule a follow up time when we can get back on the phone with you and see what you liked best."

... then call Ms. Jones back later to see what the outcome was - critique her on her introduction, or if you stayed on mute after you "hung up" show her how she could have ended the conversation better (make sure she proceeds RIGHT to the application or appointment and NOT to re-sell or she de-edified YOU!)
