Description: The Intelligent Home Controller (I.H.C.) is a control system that allows a person to operate electronic devices, lights, and appliances by time, touch and situation. The system uses existing household wiring to remotely control devices by using carrier current modules.
The system has 99 smart timers, which allows any chosen appliance to be turned on or off, and lights to dim or brighten at selected times of the day. The If..Then Logic feature allows items to communicate with each other. For instance, if the bedroom lights are off, then turn on the porch light. The timers also track sunrise and sunset, keep a special holiday schedule, and have wake-up features. To allow for more flexibility, 32 "macros" enable 16 pre-programmed steps to complete several functions at one time.
The system has Remote Telephone Access to remotely control devices from a touch-tone phone from inside or outside the home. The system also has a built-in alarm system that can detect intruders.
